Yesterday I did my first American TV appearance, when guesting Good Morning Washington at Channel 8. Since it was live and since english is my second language I stepped way out of my comfort zone, but is was so much fun! You can find the link to the Tv-show here.
I was invited to guest this show to talk about the message behind my newly launched event series Bites With a Purpose. You can read more about that here. This was for the Meatless Monday segment, so I talked about 5 methods on how to reduce your meat consumption, in your daily diet. I also focused on WHY you should do this, because while cutting out meat completely is a no-go for many folks, scaling back can go a long way. If you want to make a sustainable difference for our planet and everyone living on it, making conscious choices when it comes to food and reducing meat consumption should be your GO TO!
It was so much fun, and I am grateful for getting the opportunity to share this important message.
